Kerrang magazine is produced by Bauer Consumer Media.
It is aimed primarily at those interested in the rock/metal music genre, who then tend to be male ranging from teenager to adult, such as ages 14-35.
It costs £2.20 which is cheaper than most of its rival magazines.
It is published weekly, unlike other music magazines which are monthly.
The circulation has been reported to be around 43,000

The main title takes up a big strip at the top of the magazine. There are 4 pictures down the left hand side of the page which each show the poster that it says are free inside, since above, it says “free! 4 giant posters”. The main picture of the cover takes up the rest of the page, with the exception of the band title and a couple of pictures over the top.
